MALAGA
A beautiful historic city of major importance since at least Roman days. Most visitors to Costa del Sol arrive at Malaga airport without realizing what they are missing when they rush off to their holiday destination. Use Google to find the Malaga tourists sites there is something to interest everyone. A great place for a short "city break" (malagatourismo)
Most of the gay venues are in or near Plaza La Merced in old Malaga town. This is easy to find as it is between the well sign posted Picasso Birthplace (FundacionPicasso)and Museo Picasso art gallery (Museo Picasso).
The old town around the Cathederal is well worth a walk around with many good bars and resauraunts. At the side of the Museo Picasso with one entrance from the street and another from the gardens between the gallery and Theatro Romano by the statue is Bar El Pimpi which should not be missed.
